Why it's almost great (but not quite)
The staff was friendly, great to check in early. The location is fantastic for exploring the city. The room was clean and gave us a cozy spot after a long day of sightseeing.
Regrettably, the subway noise was disruptive, affecting our sleep quality. The air conditioning didn't function effectively.

We arrived early and the receptionist helped us get a room before check-in! The staff even offered to switch us to a twin room the next day, which they didn't have to do.
